As a special service to our customers, USMBOOKS offers a convenient 60 day layaway plan for any purchase over $199.00. We require:

1) a non-refundable down payment of 30% of the price of the item in question.
2) a second payment of 30%, within 30 days after the first payment was made,
3) the final payment of the remaining 40%, within 60 days after the first payment was made.

If for any reason a buyer fails to make either the second or third payment within the specified time, the item or items ordered on the layaway plan will be re-listed on the website and resold. The non-refundable 30% deposit will be retained by USMBOOKS and will not be returned to the buyer.

IMPORTANT: business trips out of town, car or house payments, illness, college tuition, family expansion and any other unforeseen circumstances may not be used in an effort to extend layaway payments beyond the conditions agreed to in points 1, 2 and 3 above. If you can not abide by the conditions of this layaway plan, please do not buy items from us on layaway.

We will mark the item(s) SOLD on our website
after receipt of the non-refundable down payment.
